Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear refund and returns process.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We’ll confirm your refund status after inspection.
  • Method & timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit timing depends on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Returns

  • Request window: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • How to return: We’ll email you return instructions after your request.
  • Return shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • After arrival: We’ll inspect the item and notify you of your return status. If approved, we’ll refund the item cost (excluding shipping).

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized or personalized items.
