If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy outlined below.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs).

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized or personalized items.
